Universal Business Solutions began as a distribution business and has grown into a diversified technology company. We built and acquired the software capabilities needed to support this growth, while continuing to operate national distribution mandates for mobility brands.

Today Universal Business Solutions operates across device financing, mobility distribution and strategic global partnerships, serving telecom operators, retail chains and dealer networks nationwide.

The Loan Management System is introduced, giving Universal Business Solutions global standard customer management tools.

Lava Named Official Jersey Sponsor for Sri Lanka Cricket

Lava Mobiles was confirmed as the official jersey sponsor of the Sri Lankan national cricket team for the T20I and ODI series against India, with the Lava branding worn by the team throughout the series. The sponsorship was unveiled at a press event, where the national jersey was formally handed over to Sri Lanka captain Charith Asalanka ahead of the series opener.

Mr. Gerald Vanderwall, Founder and Director of Universal Business Solutions and official distributor of Lava Mobiles in Sri Lanka, represented the company at the event alongside Lava International's leadership. The partnership marked a visible moment for Universal Business Solutions' role as Lava's local distribution partner, connecting the brand directly with one of the region's most followed sports.
